I was walking up to the stage to get my diploma. Everyone was packed into our school’s gymnasium. I saw my family, my closest friends, and I was really happy. Except it was really really hot in there. I step onto the first step of the stage, and my foot slips and I fall to the floor. I sat there for a second, and then looked around. Everyone was quiet, and then I started laughing and got back up and got my diploma. The rest of the graduation went on like nothing had even happened.
I’m really hoping things don’t go that way…
